My complaint:
I got my car washed at your Anderson CA(96007) location. After the wash I noticed that my license plate mount was ripped off on one side. I asked the attendant about the damage and was told there was nothing they could do because the vehicle was older than 5 years. The car in question is a 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 with 88,000 miles. It is in emasculate shape for it’s age because it is rarely driven and lives in my garage. I think I should at least be compensated for the cost of a replacement mount, I would have no problem installing it myself. I found a replacement on Amazon for $18.99tax. Here is the link:
