My complaint:
I had an appointment at 130pm. At tricounty plaza Bell Vernon PA on 101323.
I arrived early and was waiting until the scheduled time.Im have severe anxietyphobia when it comes to giving blood. The phlebotomist came out and asked if I was Eric which I replied yes at which point she told me I couldn’t smoke on sidewalks ( NO signs stating anything of the sort) anywhere on exterior. I asked her if she was having a bad day. She said yes she was Short handed, but she stated it made her angrier that I was outside smoking. I replied it wasn’t my time yet and there are no no smoking signs outside ..at which point she told me to leave and threw my paperwork on the floor . I was bewildered by my treatment and expect to be treated with dignity. This was totally unacceptable. I will be placing my experience on social media and you tube. I have to take a sedative just to be able to give blood without hyperventilating ..If my condition worsens due to this experience . I will look into further recourse.
