My complaint:
When staff got to the tab to enter the patients Insurance it wouldn’t take it. You provide no recourse which is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and unprofessional.
The pharmacy was of no help either.
Customer service 101 is that you provide a prominent ph to contact a human being to get your issues resolved.
Suggested solution:
Provide a customer help number when the system is not properly set up to take cvalid insurance numbers so customers can secure these very important appointments.
