My complaint:
I arrived for a scheduled appointment at 12 40 pm on 6-15-22 I checked in, employee took all information and asked which arm I preferred. I told her to start with the right, and because of difficult veins, try the left arm as needed. She immediately got an attitude, accused me of not knowing her job, etc. She never even felt for a vein, I get bloodwork on a very regular basis, so I know the procedure. I saw the needle and said I wanted her to use a smaller one. She jabbed it in my arm, I was in excruciating pain. I told her to stop and take out the needle, she refused . I took out my phone and told her I was going to call 911 and report the assault. From the second I told her to stop and take out the needle it became an assault. She continued to keep jabbing in the needle, long after she had her one tube of blood. She was cursing at me the entire time. When she was done, she told me to get the F out and to never come back again. I have been using this location for several years, without incident. By the time I got to my car, the gauze was soaked with blood and my arm was saturated with blood.
Suggested solution:
I would like to know that Quest speaks with this employee, and gives me assurance that I have a way to know what location she is working at.
