My complaint:
I never got the refund for my ticket booked thru Qatar airways since Nov 2021. I wanted 23 digit ARN number from Qatar airways for my ticket so that I can work with my bank on the transaction. So Qatar airways never gave this 23 digit ARN number and hence my amount is stuck between Qatar airways and Citibank.
Suggested solution:
provide me 23 digit ARN Number
