My complaint:
there is a ed booking from Qatar Airways for the flight from Dar Es Salaam to Muscat on 22.08.2023 at 15:55 with booking reference TP6YS7. The traveler being told that flight has changed to another flight which was at 11:40 AM on the same day and it was considered as no show and it required to book new flight and to pay for it. The traveler booed another flight with Ethiopian airline on 28.08.2023 which was not direct and pay extra money. we raise the complaint with Qatar airways, but they refuse to accept it as they said it was communicated with the passenger about the flight reschedule through email, but there no email received from Qatar airways about this particular flight changes.
Suggested solution:
Pay back the cost of the new flight ticket from DAR to MCT, plus extra cost which contributes for this changes taxi fees, staying few days extra at DAR ES SALAM which is total equivalent to $500
