My complaint:
My Mother who had backbone surgery and have problem with walking with booking number NBJ5EF travelled today on QR0633 to Bucharest. On final destination Airhostess instead of waiting for ground staff ask her to go as there is no wheel chair available though service was booked inspite of her telling she have medical conditions. Due to it she had to walk alone which have impacted her health and we are in hospital now. We will like to investigate why this careless happened as due to our previous good experience we choose airline for solo travel. This is disappointing and will have longer implications for her health
Suggested solution:
We need to have a resolution while such negligence is shown by QR0633 and left passenger without ground staff arrival risking her health
