My complaint:
On 25 September 2023 I had a connecting flight from Doha to Madrid.
We got to the boarding gate late and we were refused to go onboard.
Reason for delay:-
1. Extensive work at the airport which caused the plane to stop at the middle of airport tarmac
2. Waiting for the bus to take us from plane to the airport main entrance and the time it took
3. No one at the entry to the main gate of airline to guide or speed us through security check
Suggested solution:
The airline provide us compensation for waitingfor over 12 hours in the airport for the next plane.
