My complaint:
I have spent over 200.$ on products on Just Fashion Now. I have sent various emails,of which a couple were addressed. However, it is impossible to get a refund on the items I purchased, no ‘returnexchange’ option appears,there is no phone number, and after requesting or asking questions there is no resolution to my problem. Essentially they are leaving me stuck with items I do not want and will not refund my money.
Suggested solution:
I need return labels! They require 'authorization' and a return label in order to do a return. They have sent me no emails for returns1
