My complaint:
I ordered a picture puzzle for my mom for mothers day. They provided tracking on 426. Said 5-9 business days. Blamed shipping delay on covid-19. Problem is it is now 59 and usps has not even received this to begin shipping it to me. That is not a shipping delay. They never received it. Now mothers day is tomorrow and I have nothing. MAD!!
