My complaint:
My order took 9 weeks to deliver, nowhere in the ordering information was this timeframe disclosed not was I updated at any point re delivery.
When received, the item was too small and defective. Per the website return policy I emailed service@beincool.com, within 7 days of receipt requesting return information.
A standard email reply told me to sign on to the website and use the return icon next to my order. I did this only to find that there is no such icon.
All subsequent emails and FB messages were ignored.
By any definition this is dishonest business practise.
Suggested solution:
Return item and received the refund promised when ordered and on the website.
