My complaint:
On January 18 at 20:50h I made a single order consisting of 7 textile garments to Yivette.com for 134.15 euros (credit card 5489019202218508). Order YV-27429. On the 19th I embrace the free return policy within 24 hours after ordering. The web gives continuous and absurd errors in a way that does not allow the cancellation message to be transmitted, then.I send 3 emails before 24h from the purchase, the next day I receive an outloock that my messages cannot be read.On February 3Th I received the package. I proceeded to request the return of it cos poor quality. Again the messages are rejected and one of them answered as remitting the description of the order, what I did again but the message is rejected again.Claim send me the authorization for the return as well as the shipping address of the purchase with the subsequent refund of its amount of 134,15 euros (I also made the claim in Banco Santander).
