My complaint:
Dear Sir,
I have pubg Mobile account and i spend around 15,000 USD on my account and on the 10th of December, 2022 i found that my account has been banned for 10 years and de reasons why that i used threat party tolls but i never used and tolls and when i check banned file it shows that that my account has been banned last year December for 10 years and now again, something is wrong, please see attached picture’s. i hope you can help me with this issue.
BTW i already send them this issue but i got replay from a BOT.

Suggested solution:
Check again why my account has banned and they have to check it manually not BOT. and get my account back.
