PUBG MOBILE complaint: Missing Item

My complaint:

So 4 years ago when PUBG Mobile first lunch I was interested to play the game.
Hence, I downloaded the game and play as well as purchased the UC which is the currency for the game which you require to buy the in-game item and the pass which also gives you a lot of limited Items.
I link the game to my social media which is FB so my data will not be lost and for security purposes.
After a while of playing the games around 2019, I decided to stop playing it due to I had another commitment and also got busy with my work. Hence I uninstall the game on my phone.

After a few years passed on 2324 October 2022, I decided to play the game and install it again on my phone.
after I log in again using my Facebook.
All my items disappear hence I contacted customer service (in-game)for assistance.
At first, they requested my details and all the missing item list(which is a lot and impossible for me to remember). So, I wrote to them that I am unable to provide the list as it was so many.
Then they reach out to me again and said that they required the details as a reference and to smooth the process.
At the same time, I provided them earlier the receipts of my purchases as a prove.
Then it took me long enough how to provide them with the list as they are unable to proceed without it.
I decided I list all the item that was important to me (which is the special one and the one I always used) and look for some reference for what item was given during a certain period of the battle pass.
After I compile the list (which is not all of them because it is hard to remember all the items) I gave it to them.
then not long after that they come back to me and suggested that I wrongly link my social media and proceed to close my complaint without hearing back from me.
I only have one Facebook and when I log in using my Facebook link, it was my old account with the same alias that I used but all accomplishment and item missing as if it was brand new.
Even the profile show I played for 4 years. That was the proof that I am linked to the correct social media.

After that, I contacted back the customer service again and ask for a refund if they are unable to rectify the issue they proceed to inform me that it is not possible to refund and again proceed to close my complaint so I have to make a new complaint again explaining everything from the start.

I make a new contacted customer care again and I have to explain everything from the start because it was handled by a different operator.

This time I asked for a solution to the issue and why it happened if they are unable to provide me with a refund.

I am still waiting for their answer and knowing what happened previously, my complaint will be close again without hearing back from me first.

Suggested solution:

Rectify the issue, give me back my item, and if they are unable to provide the item back then just give me the UC(PUBG Mobile in-game money) which is equivalent to what I spent previously since I gave them the receipt.
Because I follow the instruction to secure my game account which is link to my Facebook but it seems it was not secure if my item previously was missing.
