My complaint:
Hi,
I received a bill from Prisma and it says $1,583.40$257$1840. Initially, we asked about the price also and they provided an estimated $600 Initially, and I thought it may increase a bit for the final bill. After seeing the final bill($1840), I got shocked. I do not have insurance and Prisma is saying its a discounted price. My argument is, the initial amount for Emergency itself is huge amount and never ever expected. Even though its an emergency service costed $1684, we have waited nearly 5 to 6 hours and this is not called an emergency service. The service we took only for 10 mins and its just a urine checkup and pregnancy test. I requested to decrease the bill amount but they did not agree to this. I am a common man and do not have insurance. This is not at all good and whatever they charge for emergency I do not agree for this. I request you to please check with them and reduce the final bill. I have attached the bills. Thanks.
