My complaint:

You have these recordings, telling you about an appt. but no way to answer if you plan to keep the appt. or not. A voice tells you the time and date of the appt., then says Do you plan to keep this appt ?. There is no way to respond, so you have to look up the number of the person you are to see, and call. Then you have to wait and wait for an operator! This is stupid! Can you not have a response button? If you are coming press 1. If you are not coming press 2. This is very annoying! Also, the fact that I have had to wait nearly three months to get a mammogram, and nearly six months to get an appt. with a gastroenterologist, when I am established patient. I have never complained about Prisma, but I am getting fed up!

Get some better management skills!!!
