My complaint:
We were sent to the er from urgent care in clemson an had been diagnosed at urgent care but needed to an optimistic because he had wood n his eye went to er an there were ppl everywhere one lady sitting n there throwing up others coughing an others not sure an that’s great yall have a desk for the children but as much remodeling that yall have don’t there should b sections in that waiting area an also there should b a loud speaker so that for the ppl outside,that the nurses SD it was okay to go outside, so u can hear a nurse call ur name an the nurse should call more than one time because we came back on Tuesday an we didn’t hear them call his name but he had a cat scan appt at 555pm that he wasn’t called for so he should b charged but oconee county hospital is alot closer to my house than greenville but not sure wat happen to Dr’s ordering cat scans or mri but to have to sit in that er it was nasty something needs to b done
Suggested solution:
Made section in the er get a loud speaker an shouldn't have to start over wit er Dr if being sent from some other Dr especially when u have Dr's note in hand an it' says exactly wat needs to b done
