My complaint:
Wanted to watch Big Brother Canada and Paramount Plus through Amazon Prime offered it. Watched season 1 and season 2. Was on episode 5 of seven 3 and it became unavailable. Reached out to Amazon customer service and was told Paramount pulled it and it was no longer available. Feels like bait and switch?!?!
Suggested solution:
Put the show back. They offered it as available through Paramount Plus subscription on Amazon Prime. The offer was you can have access to this show if you have Paramount Plus. Amazon should not allow these other companies to rip consumers off by promising something and then not following through with it. If they use a show to get people to subscribe then they should not be allow to remove it!
