My complaint:

I booked a reservation for a car with Priceline, paid in advance for the car and for the insurance though Priceline. Once I arrived at NextCar to pick up my reservation car, I was told that the insurance through Priceline was not accepted and they offered their insurance which was 3 times the amount paid for with Priceline. I did not budget my trip to pay these additional fees so I needed to cancel and get a full refund but I was denied a refund because of the non-refundable policy. However, why does Priceline offer car insurance and not mention that their insurance is not accepted with the car rental companies which they are affiliated with.
