My complaint:
As my contract was due to be renewed with Premier Sport I wrote an email to them in March to cancel the next year’s subscription. They acknowledged this via email. However, when it came to November and the company renewed my contract and took £120 out of my account. When I enquired they said I had postponed the cancellation although I didn’t. Although I was within the 14 day cooling period they refused to refund the £120 and were rude in the correspondence to me.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my service and reimburse my £120 that I am owed
