My complaint:
I took out an annual subscription on the strength of advertised rugby union live coverage of France’s Top 14 and the United Rugby Championship. So far the schedule has missed Kick Off times and even the whole first half of the URC match between Dragons and Leinster. The scheduling on this sports channel is nothing short of abysmal set up by amateurs. There is very little live coverage of Top 14 and when I set up a recording of non live Toulouse v Pau match I got a rerun of Toulon v Brive.
Suggested solution:
Get the schedule advertised to reflect the actual programmes being broadcast.
