My complaint:
I had great difficulty connecting to the Australi-England game on July 16th.
I lost connection and thereafter could not connect nor could I watch the Ireland – NZ recorded game. It said it was not available for a non-paying customer even though I have a valid complaint.
When I called customer service I had a recorded message saying none available.
Suggested solution:
Just allow me to connect
