My complaint:
Received wrong color of cashmere gloves I purched. I contacted the company however they refused to resolve the issue. While looking at my oder I realized I was also was charged $48 when the advertised price is $45.
Suggested solution:
Refund the full amount they charged my credit card. Total amount charged is $59.66
