My complaint:
We ordered 12 pieces and a 3 piece dinner and was told where to park to wait. Other cars came and went while we were there waiting for 30 minutes. Finally I caught the guy bringing them out. And a woman and he both came out and apologized. I would’ve thought they’d send out some biscuits or something by way of apology for forgetting our order.
Suggested solution:
I wouldn't be adverse to getting a free dinner or whatever
