My complaint:

Ordered a classic plain dry fish sandwich repeated a couple of times still got extra tartar sauce pickles (the receipt doesn’t say plain dry) it was also spicy, 5 pc tenders combo. The young lady Ashanty (I’m not sure if I spelled it correctly) rolled her eyes as if it was a burden said it would take 7 minutes to cook the fish. We did as were told to pull up along the side. Meanwhile it’s been 10 minutes other people have gotten their orders. One of the times she came out to deliver to other customers I asked her what the holdup was? She very rudely said you ordered the fish it takes long I said you told us 7 minutes it’s been 10 but she kept walking. When she did deliver our order before handing it to us, she said what did you say before I went in so I told her what I had said. Her response was well don’t come back bitch not one of my proudest moments but I also called her a bitch. When we got home looked at our food, the fish had extra tartar sauce spicey the chicken tenders fries were cold. With what we had just experienced we didn’t go back to get our order right. I’m allergic to tartar sauce it’s ingredients so I can’t eat it, so basically the food was tossed out.

Suggested solution:

Maybe better training is in order here. If they're giving the food away well, you get what you paid for but since it's not free we have to pay for the food the minimal thing they can do is give people what they asked for without any rolling of the eyes or calling people names. I know these are young people working at most fast-food places that the customer is not always right but good manners being polite goes a long way.
