My complaint:
We called after our last order of 6 chicken sandwiches to ask why they were different… they were dry and OVERCOOKED and oily … Shonda said she would add my name to the book… I said ty and finally got back to Somerset (since we love in Monticello) today… went to pick up our replacement order after saying my name the girl came back to the speaker to tell me… NO MORE WILL EVER BE REPLACED AFTER THIS! VERY RUDELY … THEN SHE SAYS ITS NOT COMING FROM ME ITS MY MANAGER…. so after talking to my gf we realized this is the 2nd time for a replacement.. the first was about 6 months ago… because our order was wrong.. AND WAS ONLY 2 SANDWICHES…. so from here on out I guess we won’t go to Popeyes… since I guess they can just give me livers and I can’t complain…. this customer service is unacceptable!
