Popeyes complaint: Purposely incorrect order

My complaint:

I ordered 2 spicy thighs and was told I had to wait 15 minutes, which I agreed to do. When I drove up to the window to pay, I was handed my order. I asked no less than 3 times if the order contained the 2 spicy thighs ordered because I was told I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. I was told yes, all 3 times. When I got home and opened the box, there was one spicy thigh and one small dried up spicy breast. The person taking the order was rude and was yelling at me for asking questions due to the menu board being blacked out. The cashier was laughing the entire time as he took my money and lied to me.

Suggested solution:

At the very least, the $5.80 I paid should be refunded. What they do about the female who was rude, yelling and putting the incorrect items in my order is totally up to the company and how it wishes to be perceived. The same goes for the laughing cashier who thought the whole incident was funny and didn't mind entering into a conspiracy to defraud me of my money.
