My complaint:

Have gone to this place several times with no problem but today 5-5-2022 my bill of $9.52 and received no receipt for this purchase. it was around 12:00 pm. the drive thru person said they had no change so he could not give me change. I could not wait because my wife is impatient and requires 24 7 care. I left with a 10.00 out of 20.00. I feel they were scamming customers out their extra change to put into their pockets.

Suggested solution:

They need to make sure customers receive correct change all of the time without excuses
