My complaint:
picked up shrimp and tenders for me and a two piece chicken for the wife. Got home and shrimp was very hard like it was over cooked. My wife’s chicken also was not fresh at all she noticed that it seemed like it had been sitting for hours. I don’t ever complain about any food place I go too but this was so bad I had to say something. This Popeyes is near my house and would like it to have better food then what it’s serving please look into this and help this Popeyes be better. Thank you.
Suggested solution:
Have a district manager go to the store and check and see what's going on there. And keep checking to see if the store manager there is doing anything about the food they serve. There is another Popeyes on Bellaire and Dairy Ashford in 77072 zip code and every time I go there the food is excellent, I love that place.
