My complaint:
I was checking in at bristol.airport on the 14th of October for a flight to Palma majorica at 545 pm departure I was checking in and I was told my hand lanaggue was too big and was charged 8 pound which I thought was abit off anyways I went on the flight and my hand luggage fit perfect underneath the seat so why was i charged that 8 pound for .. on the actually flight i work in customer service and if i gave that customer service to a customer i would be out of a job the air hostess was rude abrupt and have no customer service whatsoever the flight was 2 hours 15 mins and i wasnt allowed to go to the rest room 1 hour into the flight and they were refusing other passengers and children to go to toilet which is against human rights
Suggested solution:
I would like my party of my dad and me to be refunded the whole flight cost and the 8 pound refunded back to me and actually put your hostess through the correct customer service so you can give your customers a great experience
