My complaint:

I added 270 USD to a pokerstars account, and after being told I couldn’t play due to the location, I withdrew the cash to my Skrillx account and the founds never arrived. Upon contacting Skrillx I was told Pokerstars never processed the transfer, and they just kept the $270 USD.

Suggested solution:

I would like to get my funds back, either reinstated as credit on my account (jankostadinov7) or sent to my bank account.
