My complaint:
Since being a member of PokerStars I had to contact them frequently because of their poor ran platform it locks up freezes up they very rarely want to do any kind of customer satisfactions basically they tell you you’re lying now the most recent one is not allowing me to deposit taking upon themselves to put a deposit limit on my account and then all of a sudden that same day they allowed me to deposit but they took away the casino games they told me it would take up to 12 hours for any investigation to be done by the team it’s been 3 days and every time I contact him they give me the same line of b saying that they’re going to contact me by email and they never do and my account still won’t let me do anything with it they asked me for additional documents I sent that numerous times the workers are very poor with customer service they don’t ly contact you back it’s a disgusting platform they should be f ashamed of themselves and I’m tired of getting to run around I just contacted them today to see when this restrictions are going to be lifted cuz they had no business doing so and all someone from our team will contact you within 12 hours it’s been 3 days
Suggested solution:
Lift restrictions and get better staff, do better training, and when they take upon themselves to deliberately do stuff to people's account or steal their money or not do their payouts data notify somebody it's b
