My complaint:
Pnxbet has take back my winnings saying that the bonus v2 was not available already but they let me claim and use it the first place. I’ve already talked to their representative, and that’s what she said bonus v2 was not available that’s why they removed the money on my account..
Suggested solution:
They should have not let me claim and use the bonus v2 when it's already not available..
