My complaint:
I would like to formally file a complaint as to how my bets for a single game were graded yesterday, they were all graded as ‘returned’ instead of wins and their support team informed me that it was due to incorrect odds. Please note that I didnt get any sort of notification from their team that this is the case, nor my bets were voided or returned in-game. I placed the bets all in the first half (basketball) and they were all graded immediately after the game is completed, again, it didnt happen in-game. At that point, technically, I already Won, plus theres zero effort on their end to reach out to me that the bets are getting voided. I had to reach out to their team on my own. That’s not good business at all and it contradicts fairness that I thought they stand behind to.

Honor my winnings since they waited for the game to be completed, they could have returned it while the game was running but they didnt do that.
