PNXBET complaint: withdrawal problem

My complaint:

i want to withdraw and i try to use my credit card they rejected they said i need to send first my credit card info, so i change my withdrawal since its rejected already i decided to withdraw via fokawa. i can’nt withdraw again when i contacted the chat support they said i need to send first my creditcard info. i keep telling them that because im not using my credit card for withdrawal there is NO valid reason to send my creditcard info. they send i cant bet and withdraw until i send my creditcard information.

Suggested solution:

let me withdraw my money using fokawa without sending my credit card information since i already have my licensed document uploaded and all my acount is the same name MY name. i hope you help me in my problem.. thank you very much..
