My complaint:
hi pnxbet restrict my account for no reason and they are asking me a photo of my 2 cards. now i provided them the 1st card and the second i cannot since jts lost and now ive given them bank statement to prove its me and even my passport and drivers license but nothing happens and keeps on asking the card which was lost. abd take note those cards where used last year so it doesnt make sense
Suggested solution:
nothing they keep on asking me for a card that doesnt exist since its lost but ivr given then bank statement that should be enough
unrestrict my account si cr they are holding my 200$
