My complaint:
On Monday December 27, 2021, at 3:00pm. I went into your bank located at 6400 West Saginaw Highway in Lansing, MI. I have been banking with you all for 30 years and have never been treated so badly never ever anywhere. One of your workers that assist clients with appointments was the most rude and disrespectful person I have seen in any workplace. First, she never spoke to me just stared and stood there as if I was a criminal. Then proceeded to ask another client if they needed help. She continued to stand there as if I was there to rob the place. As I look at her, she steps a few steps away and when I started my transaction she just stands there while her appointment person is sitting there in the chair waiting on her. As I begin to leave then she tells the consumer to come on it. I have never felt so disrespected. Not only do I bank with you all, but I have also used different accounts with PNC. If this is the way you all are letting your worker treat us who actually pay their salary, then we are out.
Suggested solution:
She needs to be set with a strict warning. Maybe time off without pay will give her time to reflect on her prejudice.
