My complaint:
The app no longer works. My user name and password keep getting locked even though I’ve changed it several times in the past 2 weeks. I can no longer access my mobile app despite updates, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I’ve been with PNC for over 20 years and this is the 1st time I’ve had problems. If it continues, I will be forced to move my banking elsewhere. PNC had always been a great bank. Now I am having serious doubts with the merger and lack of access to my mobile app.
Suggested solution:
Fix mobile app issues that have been a problem since March 3, 2022.
