My complaint:
I made a deposit of $500.00 into a joint account with a friend, I didn’t know that this friend owed PNC money however I am not married to this person nor is he my partner. I have made several attempts to find out the status of my deposit and have just gotten the run around and only told my deposit is on hold until they investigate? Customer service told me the account was going to be closed and I would be mailed a check which has not happened. It has now been 30 days have not heard from the bank have not received a check or a letter in the mail and my deposit still remains on hold??? I need my money and I am just so frustrated don’t know what to do HELP!!!
