My complaint:
On 11-11-2022 I applied for a auto loan at dealership chrysler,jeep,dodge gmc brooksville.i was denied due to factors on my credit which are not decision making factors.per law 12 cfr part 1002b equal credit opportunity act which states it protects applicants from discrimination in ANY ASPECT of a credit transaction.i was violated under law.Pnc is also in violation of 15 usc 1611 1-3.under the fair credit reporting act.they willfully and knowingly know the violation.they have discriminated and not given me an equal credit opportunity.
Suggested solution:
I would like the truck for which I applied for with a full gas tank 2 keys and the title immediately.
