My complaint:

Hello, I’m Ruse Florentina.
I tried to get in touch with those from the pmp agency, my salary has been wrong for 2 weeks in a row. This month I was about to receive a £ 150 bonus which I did not receive at this time either. they promised me I would get the money this week, well I didn’t get it this week either. on the contrary, they stopped me with a £ 150 fee that says DEDUCTION OF ADVANCE FOR BUS. I didn’t travel by bus for a minute. I come to work by car every day. I can give you the car number to prove it (SC59DOA) or (BN11WFA)
I want to solve this problem, it’s my right to that £ 150 bonus and I don’t understand why a bus tax stops me. thank you I wish you a good day!
