My complaint:
This app preys on vulnerable people such as myself who suffers mental health issues and is a recovering gambling addict. I cannot self exclude from this game and it allows me to make purchases and play over and over again. Apple will not refund these purchases and this game has ruined my life. It should have the ability to self exclude from the game to prevent this I have severe anxiety and I suffer with depression.
Suggested solution:
Refund my purchases and allow a self exclusion. I am excluded with gamstop but this site seems entirely un regulated
