My complaint:

High Life Mysterygame where I completed choices, required spins and after wasn’t able to play bonus, because to play it game requires 60 billion coin balance and I have only 27 billion. There is no warning in game rules that I will not be able to play bonus, so it sounds like a false advertising . Didn’t hear any apologies from company that their customer support agent was rude to me, so it looks like company doesn’t care about players who support their games by making in game purchases, no apologies from them, I did contact few people who are responsible for customer support satisfaction, didn’t hear from them anything.
Suggested solution:
Put warning in game that bonus requires specific amount of coins, give me a solid in game currency compensation for false advertising about High Life Mystery slot and apology for their customer support agent, who was rude to me, apology in game currency reward .
