My complaint:
Learned while my mother is hospitalized that this company is scamming her for upwards of $1000s and $1000s per month and she’s unable to understand to to mental incapacity. There is no way based on the charges to her credit card they don’t know this. No way to contact them, no way to have a discussion. They know they are abusing people.
Suggested solution:
Contact me. Reverse charges. Fully disclose
