My complaint:
Playtika has cheated me out of game playouts; blocked my access to their Slotomania app for hoursdays at a time and taken my money for game boosters I did not receive. As I type this they have been blocking me from signing into the app for 32 hours straight as well as 12 hours last week. This after I made an in-app purchase. Now they are flashing a notice that I have no internet access when I try to login. Obviously that is not the case or I would not be on your website. They stole my money; my Google Pay credits AND bonuses, coins and payouts in the app. I want them held accountable because this is not just happening to me, but many Facebook friends as well. Enough is enough The picture below is all I have seen when I tried to login for the last TWO DAYS
Suggested solution:
I want my money refunded. And not just for the last purchase but for the last year's worth of purchases.
