My complaint:
Have been unable to use bingo blitz plus since a payment failed. It is locked and can get no one to unlock it. Has been approximately a month now. As the payment is thru playtiki bingo blitz say its playtikas problem.
Suggested solution:
Unlock my game part that is locked.
