My complaint:
i havent used my account in almost a year i believe and i have still been getting money taken out of my bank for a subscription i dont use.
all i asked for was a refund of £25 and i was refused but i was given my last payment back as i have been intouch within 14 days im not happy at all and i think this should be taken to the highest level to resolve this issue
Suggested solution:
i would like someone to take into consideration that i have been a customer with multiple accounts and have spent hundreds of pounds on playstation and i would like some compensation as a way to say sorry and then my account closed i think this is the fairest way..
also look at the fact ive not played on the account for months and i think its unfair that money was still getting taken from me
