My complaint:
It has been a few weeks since I received my USB cable charger for my game controllers things have been going good however my controller is still unstable and my other controller is completely shut down now I have called them to see if I can either get a new controller or a universal remote for the PlayStation console in order to buy time until I retire however they was only available send one USB cable I even tried to input that it should be 10 ft long and still no results. Honestly the PlayStation coworkers are useless and full of crap. Hopefully this complaint reaches someone who may be having the same issue.
