My complaint:

I have played my games I have bought coins I’m pretty dedicated to place like but for some reason it will not let me cash out all I get is something went wrong please try again later message and whenever I email the support group I never get a response back I think I might have mailed them six letters by now and also I can’t log into my Facebook no more so all the points I’ve already had saved up I cannot have any access to my phone broke and I had to get a new one and I have $50 already so all together $70 and I can’t cash out I mean come on really what’s up with that

Suggested solution:

Respond to my emails and fix whatever problem it is so I can cash out
