My complaint:
After playing for hours I was ready to cash out £20, but kept receiving an error message to try later. It would appear I’m not the only person having this issue. I used the app a few years ago, and they did actually pay out, which is why i tried them again, but I’m very disappointed this time.
Suggested solution:
Either pay out what people have earned, or close down the app. Surely not everybody has suspicious activity going on.
